This stick belongs to my son, it is, of
course, a basketball on a hickory shft of 3/4 of an inch. I see we're being
visited by a couple of goldfish in this shot. |

And this stick is owned by my daughter
who is at that age when all things must be sparkly. Or perhaps it is that
all things sparkly must be hers. In any case the crystal is on a copper
ferrule and the shaft is cherry. |

I marvel at the weight of this aluminum
knob on a hickory shaft. For a "light" metal it's surprisingly heavy. |

Of course no walking stick collection
would be complete without a porcelain knob or two. This one is a nice flower
whose species eludes me on top of a red gum shaft. |
